Horsing around!

What is Horsing Around? 

Well… it is neither a well rounded game nor does the horse move in a circle. BUT at least we do have a horse (that looks like a donkey) and is supremely dorky just like the rest of our AMAZING amazing game. While we originally intended to make a more serious game we ended up making it more and more comedic and WE LOVE IT! It was created during the FrankenGameJam in Bayreuth. All the sound effects and artworks has been created by our team (how made what? just look at the list at the end and stop asking questions to a wall of text silly ;P ). 

In Horsing Around you control a horse and your goal is to get as far as possible before your stamina runs out. How do you get further than you last run you ask? Easy for each run you earn coins based on the distance traveled. With those coins you can buy upgrades for your horse like totally legal steroids or a rocket. During the run you face different obstacles which you have to overcome. And of course the game is perfectly balanced because as everyone know you always have way too much time during a Game Jam. At least we managed to achieve a high replayability thanks to the semi-random level generation. 

Also a thanks to Mr Smith and Lobo Loco for licensing their music under Creative Commons licensees so we could use them as samples in the background music. Also as a (indirect) result of that our game is licensed under the CC-BY-NC-SA license so do with that what you want :D.
